Excellent time! The guide was very knowledgeable. We had no issues. The guide checked on all participants at all times, educating everyone along the way. Stopping for any wildlife we noticed, like the egrets and dolphins, even the alligator just a few feet from our kayaks. Searched for comb jellies, and brought some back in a jar for us to see up close, hold, then release. If you’re wondering if it’s worth it, DO IT!

I can't rate this highly enough. Took the Mondo Combo tour which was 3 hours, with around 2.5 on the water. I was lucky to be out with just one other kayak and the guide, so we had an amazing personalised experience. I saw Dolphins and Manatee before we'd even paddled off, and then lots more dolphin, osprey, herons/waders, plus a great amount of bioluminescent jellies and plankton once it was dark. The whole experience was chilled and very relaxing. A real highlight of my trip. Freedom, our guide, deserves a special shout. She was wicked. 😎

What a fantastic spot! This launch point has the most wildlife I've seen on a tour AND is by far the darkest to make the bio that much more enjoyable! Our tour guide, Drew, is an absolute asset with his NASA knowledge as well. If you get lucky and book your tour in conjunction with a rocket launch ... you're in for a treat! You'll have front row seats to best light show in and out of the water!

We met for a bioluminescent kayak adventure at Boat ramp 42, turn by the dome, in the Merrit Island Wildlife Refuge. After meeting Chaz and crew we were smoothly checked in, given safety equipment and given a quick safety/kayak 101 lesson we were off. Chaz took charge and gently herded group to our first spot. The crew was careful to watch the group for anyone who needed help. The bioluminescence was unreal and really neat under the clear hulls of the kayak (a worthwhile upgrade). Chaz is deeply knowledgeable about the refuge and the plankton that creates the glow. This is worth a yearly trip. One word of warning, if you are solo you will be in a solo kayak. If you are unfamiliar with the water it is doable but you may want to bring a friend.

We had the perfect morning kayaking! The views were beautiful. Our guide, Kerry, was very knowledgeable and down to earth. We enjoyed our time with him.

We had a blast! A manatee came up to our kayak, dolphins played in front of us, and the bioluminescence was amazing. Chili was our guide and he was very informative. Ashley and John were additional guides and very friendly. I recommend going in July or August during a new moon.

Your was so neat !! And the company was super organized ! Guides: Even with a big group they had clear instructions and plenty of guides to help they had one in the front leading , one in the middle, and one in the back.. he would gather all the kayaks a few times along to confirm he had all kayaks in our group and give us information on the areas we are in , what causes the blue glow, and what we should look for. They really do make you feel safe ! I had my niece she was younger not paddling a lot and the guide in the back said if I got tired he would pull us for a bit if I needed (which was super sweet). They help you get in and out of kayaks which I needed lol Water: was pretty !def glows - we did go at one of the peak weekends. There is mosquitoes so bring your bug spray. Wasn’t too bad on the water but we did have some wind at spots which helps keep them down. But before we got moving on water we needed it. We saw dolphins, a manatee, and fish- other parts of the group saw crabs and an alligator. While wild life isn’t guarantee and not everyone in the group catches the sights but just relax put the phones away or you will miss stuff. Overall: I had lots of fun and it was great !! Def can’t wait to take my personal kayaks out (we went on the tour as it was our first time and I brung my nephew) they supply life vest and whistle. Loved the blue glow stick and how they use it makes it super easy to stay with your group !

My mom wanted to do this kayak tour, so she signed us up. I didn't get a chance to do any research, so I really didn't know what to expext. It was so cool! It was the perfect night to go out starting with a nice sunset, a light breeze and a half moon. I'm bummed that we couldn't take pictures because it's hard to describe to someone else. Our guide was very knowledgeable and kept a good pace allowing us time to enjoy the experience and view the Kennedy Space Ctr launch pad. I just we could have stayed out a bit longer. Give yourself plenty of time to get there. It's quite a ways out on the island.
